Answer: A valid ID (ID card or passport) and a driver's license are required to rent a vehicle.

Answer: We accept all major debit and credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, and REVOLUT. We accept cash payments, including foreign currencies such as EUR, GBP, and USD.
3. Is a security deposit required for the rental period?
Answer: If you purchase additional insurance, a security deposit is not required.
4. How can I reserve a car and how far in advance?
Answer: Reservations can be made in several ways:
- Through the "BOOK ONLINE" tab on the website.
- By phone or email.
Reservations should be made no later than approximately 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. All online reservations require confirmation.
5. What should I do if I want to extend my rental period?
Answer: If a customer wishes to extend their rental, they must contact the rental company to discuss new terms and check vehicle availability.
